Maps & Facts

For over two decades the CPD Foundation has been committed to raising standards within the property and related industries, through its comprehensive evening lecture programme.

Each academic year (September to June) 100 lectures are presented, covering an array of
topics (see events & bookings).
  • Attend all lectures on the core programme at no additional cost.
  • The majority of these are held at the Cruciform building, University College London, WC1.
  • Registration opens half an hour before the lecture start time.
  • Unless otherwise advised, lectures start at 6.15pm and run for an hour.
  • Attendance at each lecture generally counts as 1.25 CPD hours.
  • Lecture bookings are essential to facilitate seating requirements.
  • Bookings can be made online, by email, fax or telephone.
  • Members will be issued with a CPD passport which can be used to track personal CPD study hours.
  • Your current CPD Foundation passport must be presented to gain access to each lecture and validate attendance.
  • Passports are strictly assigned to one person.
  • Replacement of lost passports may be subject to an additional cost.
  • Monthly events programmes are published one month in advance of taking place.
