Now in its 30th year, the Foundation continues to support the property industry by supplying a good quality and affordable annual CPD lecture programme. The Foundation is a non-profit organisation, with charitable trust status, it’s motivation is to promote good-practice to as many people as possible without exclusion on grounds of cost.

Each academic year (September to June) an annual programme of up to 100 lectures are presented, covering an array of topics (see events & bookings).

• Lectures are held at the Cruciform building, University College London, WC1 (unless otherwise stated). Registration opens half an hour before the lecture start time.
• Lectures start at 6.15pm and run for an hour - (see specific event details for where this may differ).
• Attendance at each lecture generally counts as 1 ¼ CPD hours.
• Lecture bookings are essential to facilitate seating requirements.
• Bookings can be made online, by email, fax or telephone.
• Members are issued with a CPD passport which can be used to track personal CPD hours.
• Your current CPD Foundation passport MUST be presented to gain access to each lecture and validate attendance.
• Passports are strictly assigned to one person.
• Replacement of lost passports may be subject to an additional cost.
• A detailed monthly programme is published a month in advance of the lectures taking place.

Venues

All of the evening lectures in our core programme are held at University College London, unless otherwise stated on the events page or monthly lecture programme. Computer Workshops are held at the University of Westminster.
