Ever wondered why you solve some problems quickly and easily while others nag away at you?  Why sometimes you communicate with power and clarity and at other times you just don't feel you've been heard? Ever wondered why you just click with some people and others are such hard work? The key is in your brain and how it works - and how you use it.

Learn to use your brain a little bit differently -

  • To get things done more quickly, more easily with fewer expensive mistakes
  • To plan your most sensitive communication
  • To get through to your most awkward client

Speaker: Carolyn Gray BA MBA is Director of FitzroyGray Ltd. She specialises in designing and delivering personal and management skills training and in providing performance-oriented coaching for individuals and teams.
