Speaker: Malcolm Hollis BSc(EstMan) FRICS MCIArb FBEng MAE is a renowned Building Pathologist and Surveyor.  He specialises in Defect Recognition, the Diagnosis of the Cause of Failure and the interpretation of Liability for such matters as Dilapidations, Service Charges and Risk Analysis.
