Speaker: Mike Pain BSc FRICS MCIArb IRRV Mike led the West London professional team for Rogers Chapman for 18 years before the firm merged with Jones Lang LaSalle where he was a regional (European) director in the Lease Advisory team. Mike is now a part time senior lecturer at University of Westminster a part time lecturer at Kingston University, and a private practitioner. Mike is a Landlord & Tenant expert in the office, industrial and warehouse sectors.
