Synopsis:

This workshop will deal with the principles and nuances of development appraisals and how these are incorporated into industry-standard software. The program used today will be ProDeveloper.

  • The traditional appraisal
  • Cash flows and discounted cash flows
  • Internal rate of return
  • Net present value
  • Debts and grants
  • Risk analysis


Speakers: Andrew Youens DipSurv FRICS is Director of Andrew Youens & Co Ltd and a course leader on Property Courses at the University of Westminster.
 
Jonathan Carmen BSc MRICS is Director of boe Systems Ltd.

Intermediate/Advanced: Of interest to General Practice Surveyors, Valuers, Developers, Investors, Property Managers, Cost Consultants and Financiers
