Synopsis:

Different organisations have distinctive cultures.  An understanding of organisational culture, in relation to your own company, and that of your competitors and your clients, is an essential tool in delivering good service.  This presentation:

  • Describes how culture impacts us at the national, organisational and functional levels
  • Outlines how apparently subtle differences in culture can lead to major issues
  • Introduces a highly effective model of organisational culture and how it can be applied
  • Describes the implications of organizational culture on business practices.

Introduction to Real Estate Management

This course is being run by Kingston University and is specifically aimed at members who are preparing for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
