Synopsis:

From Zero to Hero - a guide to improving your own leadership style and self confidence with a look back in history at how historical figures became heroes. Based on the story The Hero’s Way, used in international business schools:

 

  • An overview of various leadership styles including Authoritarian leaders, Participative leaders & Delegative leaders
  • The emergence of two new styles - transactional leaders and transformational leaders
  • Understanding the forces that influence the styles different leaders choose for themselves, and the forces that influence their styles
  • The key skills need to develop your own leadership performance - knowing yourself, communicating your vision clearly and with passion,  and allowing your hard work and competence to build the trust of others
