Synopsis:

This workshop will deal with the principles and nuances of development appraisals and how these are incorporated into industry-standard software. The program used today will be ProDeveloper.

  • The traditional appraisal
  • Cash flows and discounted cash flows
  • Internal rate of return
  • Net present value
  • Debts and grants
  • Risk analysis
