The Continuing Professional Development Foundation is a non-profit organisation committed to raising professional standards in the property and related industries.

The Foundation runs its programme through University College London, Gower Street, London WC1.

Membership of the Foundation provides a structured solution to all levels of CPD requirements and non-industry specific professional development, through an integrated programme of lectures, morning briefings, management & computer workshops and other learning opportunities.

The core lecture programme held at University College London runs from September to June every year.

A detailed monthly programme is posted on the website a month in advance of the lectures taking place.

Lecture notes and presentations are available, where provided and appropriate, for our entire lecture programme.

Notes will be available to download in PDF format from the website the day after an event. These notes are kept on our website for this and the previous academic years events.

So if you did not attend a lecture, don't forget to read up on what you may have missed.

For over two decades the CPD Foundation has been committed to raising standards within the property and related industries, through its comprehensive evening lecture programme.

Each academic year (September to June) 100 lectures are presented, covering an array of topics (see events & bookings).

All of the evening lectures in our core programme are held at University College London, unless otherwise stated on the events page or monthly lecture programme. Computer Workshops are held at the University of Westminster.
